Matthew 24 is an old Gospel song, written by Lonnie Glosson. The sacred number was originally recorded by Molly O’Day in 1947 and was later recorded by many other artist including The Sullivan Family, Wilma Lee & Stoney Cooper, George Jones, and countless others. Anthony Howell’s version has a unique Bluegrass/Southern Gospel feel to this old song. It features, his band mates, Edgar Loudermilk on lead vocals and Zack Autry on tenor vocals, with Howell singing baritone and bass vocals and playing all instruments.
